Although known as a country-code TLD, .BE is actually wide open for registration, with no local or any special restrictions to owning .BE domains. No matter which country you are from or in which country you currently reside - you can register your .BE domain for a personal or commercial website without any hassle.
抱歉,我只是说的.it和.pm等等,并没有注意到.be。
我又去找他们家问了下。得到的答复是这样的
can Asian register?

Nope
it is open to individuals residing or corporations having their head office in the territory of one of the Member States f the EuropeanUnion
Afnic the .re and .pm .it registry, will be performing eligibility validation on random basis or if they receive complaints. When they initiate the validation process the registrant has 30 days to provide profs the whois details are accurate. If not provided in 30 days the domain will be suspended and the registrant still has another 30 days to provide those profs. If not provided Afnic will delete the domain at the end of those 30 days
这里就是说会抽查,如果不提供正确的欧盟成员国信息,就要在30天内暂停,而且再过30天,注册商不提供注册证明,就要删除。。。
