We have spent last few hours to bring back online the server in Fremont but current situation update is that the server fails to boot.




We will try to rebuild the server disks in few hours from now, if it fails we will be forced to rebuild the servers.

Unfortunately the Easter holidays are coming up so our working hours will be limited.

We may be required to reformat the server and install fresh OS and system files. (Faster solution than sit and try rebuild the disks)

It will require that we create new VPS's for you as well and you will get new IPs!!


You should understand we provide a very low budget VPS product @  $15/year and can not guarantee 100% uptime either network or system

Even we run RAID10 we are hit by a unforeseen accident. As previously announced its your responsibility to have backup of your data.




Please do not submit tickets demanding that you require a certain IP!

Please do not submit tickets demanding we recover your data!



We will try do our best to resolve the problem but so far it kept failing to rebuild the disks -- We have been up all night and need to rest now.



Do not SPAM or flood the support with requests which we can not fulfill.



Do also not flood forums and sites with complaints, it will not lead to the better but only worse.
