谁会玩OVH的winPE救援系统啊？ 求助老司机。。

KS1以前是DD的Win2012, 前几天突然连不上网了，没等我发邮件，客服自己就给我挂上救援系统了（好像发现了我偷偷用WIN系统）
给我发了2个邮件如下，看样子是让我自己用winPE检查修复网络。

我现在可以用VNC进去WinPE系统，但我不会玩啊。

1.以前的Win2012带锐速的，我不想重装系统。
但我在这个PE下面根本找不到控制面板网上邻居什么的，不会检查网络设置。

2.他们发现了我用WIN了，会罚款吗？


有用过这个winPE系统的老司机带带路吗？这个PE可以上网，可以下载工具什么的。
