To receive your 25% discount on your applicable BURSTNET™ service orders, you would enter the above Resale Code when placing you orders from the special Reseller Orders section in our client interface. You have now been authorized to view/utilize the Reseller Orders function of our ordering system, which can be found in the left-hand menu, only after you are logged in.
BurstNET™ offers a flat 25% discount on all resold services. The 25% discount is applicable to setup and monthy fees. You may resale all BurstNET™ product lines, including BurstNET™ and NOCSTER™. Regular, 10MBPS, Closeout, Unmetered, & Sale servers are all eligible for the discount! You can also receive a discount on co-location, backup service, virtual private servers (vps), spam/virus protection, reseller packages, and virtual hosting! The discount does not apply to software licensing, domain registration, one-time fee based quotes, bandwidth overage fees, or abnormal tech support billing rates. Custom Quotes do not receive a discount, unless specified otherwise within the quote.
IMPORTANT: The resale discount is for reseller sale to end-users & other resellers, NOT for reseller usage themselves. The selling of websites on a dedicated server is NOT considered "resale", and is ineligible for the resale discount. The purchased service as a whole must be sold to an end-user, or another unrelated party, in order to qualify for the resale discount. Direct reseller or end-user usage is billed at retail, non-reseller pricing. In the event that BurstNET™ finds that a Reseller dishonestly obtained a discount on service for their own usage, BurstNET™ will invoice for the difference owed back to the date of the original order. We make joining the BurstNET™ Resale Program very simple, and without purchase requirements - Please do not abuse the system and ruin it for others. The discount you would receive on a service for you own usage, is not worth the risk of the potential profit you could make reselling our product line!
As a BurstNET™ Authorized Reseller, you are permitted to copy sales material off of the burst.net and/or nocster.net websites, for usage on your own website(s). This includes html, images, logos, text, etc...
You are free to use this material on your website as long as you remain an approved BurstNET™ Authorized Reseller.
Please be aware that BurstNET will supply support for your resold BurstNET services, directly to you, or to your client, or both, whichever you prefer. PLEASE NOTE: BurstNET considers you, the reseller, to be our client...not the end-users. If you request something, and the customer requests something different, BurstNET will honor the reseller's request, not the end-user's request. At no time will BurstNET attempt to sell to your clients directly, nor will we contact them for any matter whatsoever, unless it is for support purposes in the cases where you, the reseller, authorize such contact prior. If you wish for BurstNET to supply support direct to an end-user, you may specify that on a per-service basis, by completing the "end-user" contact detail sections of the service order process. If you wish to add such details after initial order, please contact the Customer Service Dept for assistance.
You will be receiving notices from multiple BurstNET™ subscription based mailing lists.
You can join those by following the instructions they will provide.

This is important is you wish to keep your offerings/content updated.

Any BurstNET™ registered reseller that wishes access to this section, please email us at [email protected] with your Resale Code, registered email address on the account, as well as your forum username, and you will be granted access to the hidden section upon verification.
NOTE: Please place your orders in your company name with contact/payment info, NOT that of your client/end-user.
You will be invoiced/billed directly for all services ordered, not the end-user. You are free to set your own retail pricing, and charge your clients as you deem fit.
Reseller status is based upon approval by our Sales Management team. This status may be revoked at any time, however, previous sales will remain discounted.
