SystemInPlace這家效率不是一般的慢~~好多天了。。受不了。。。
http://www.rapidxen.net/ 的vps 付款后好多天了还没开通。。发邮件不回。。

我上周也订了SystemInPlace的VPS，结果好几天没消息，就去WHT问了情况，下面的地址：

现在国人买VPS买疯了，SystemInPlace为了防止欺诈，尤其对来自中国的order审查很严格，提供不了有效的客户信息，就很难通过。
我只好退款，今天早上退款成功。

现在不仅是用IP验证，还有的要求必须提供能随时联系的电话。
西方的商业模式就是成熟啊，不管多大的生意，信誉是第一位的，就是小额订单，还得打个越洋电话来确定。即使付钱给对方，对方还得防着你可能搞欺诈，声誉要紧啊。要是放在国内，付钱给对方，谁不要谁傻啊XD。

It does say that on our website and in our ToS, but I have made it more explicit over this thread.

Bottom line, when you order a VPS from rapidxen, you're applying for that VPS. If you don't follow my rules, and provide no valid contact information like one of the people in this thread, you don't get a VPS at all, instead you get placed into the refund queue for placing an invalid order. It really is that simple. One of the people complaining in this thread did not provide anything near valid contact information at all.

If you don't like that attitude, don't buy from me. There's plenty of other companies out there which are less selective in who they host. A majority of my customers host with me explicitly because I apply extreme scrutiny regarding who I allow on my network.

可以看出对中国的order非常头疼，说不遵守我家的规定，就用别家的吧。
