It does say that on our website and in our ToS, but I have made it more explicit over this thread.
Bottom line, when you order a VPS from rapidxen, you're applying for that VPS. If you don't follow my rules, and provide no valid contact information like one of the people in this thread, you don't get a VPS at all, instead you get placed into the refund queue for placing an invalid order. It really is that simple. One of the people complaining in this thread did not provide anything near valid contact information at all.
If you don't like that attitude, don't buy from me. There's plenty of other companies out there which are less selective in who they host. A majority of my customers host with me explicitly because I apply extreme scrutiny regarding who I allow on my network.
